Nope. Whichever imaginary friend people think they have is of absolutely no concern to me whatsoever - especially when people use said imaginary friend to justify their own bigotry, terrible behaviour or as an excuse to tell other people what to think and do.
On the other hand, quiet believers of (any) faith, who live their own lives by some 'higher' creed without inflicting it on others - like my near neighbours - are fine by me. Live and let live in that case.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
I too welcome believers of any faith so long as they do not seek to convert me or judge me by things I do...drinking, smoking, cursing, eating pork etc.
I think anybody who eats lovely pork pies or delicious bacon sarnies are entitled to eat whatever yummy food they like.
I am not allowed to eat beef but steak n kidney pie is too delicious.![]()

Yes, my brother and I are the only people on my dads side of the family who eat beef.

Never had steak & kidney pie....but I've had quite a lot of steak and yes it is indeed delicious.
Where do you people come from? You come from a Sikh family too X? I must say it's a line of belief that intrigues me if for nothing else than it has not been as available/accessible to me...though I have some neighbors who are Sikhs, they seem nice enough.
Sikhs believe in one God. He is the same for all people of all religions. It teaches equality of all people and preaches that people of different races, religions, or sex are all equal in the eyes of God.
Sikhism teaches religious freedom. All people have the right to follow their own path to God without condemnation or coercion from others. It emphasizes a moral and ethical life and represent moral responsibility and righteousness.
Sikhism rejects all forms of rituals such as idol worship, pilgrimages, fasting, and superstitions. It teaches service to others. The primary task in life should be to help the poor, needy, and oppressed. The Sikhs have a long heritage of speaking out against injustice and for standing up for the defenseless.
The word Sikh means disciple or student. Sikhs are the disciples of God.
If you disagree I must hunt you down and kick your ass.

Well there ya go...good on you guys for not chopping off hands, tossing gays off of rooftops, and treating women like second class citizens....and see Sikhs assimilate to western culture with ease, piece of cake
Sikhs who I have met are well adjusted and normal! Nice belief system.
Also, a true warrior people who fought the peak British Empire so well that they changed all the rules so Sikhs could join the British Army and get promoted too.

Wow, see Master and X take the time and give me all this great information and are so nice to do so......I don't know what to do without getting personally attacked in each and every post
But I am sure someone will come along and insult me just to make me feel more at home here![]()
