Actually looks good this... I read the movie is average but fuck me that guy playing Freddie Mercury nails it and carries the film.
Tipped for an Oscar already I hear.

I only saw a couple trailers but if you are into music of the era it’s gotta be worth seeing. I’ll wait till it’s eitger streaming or on disk but I’ll see it
Not a huge Queen fan but their back catalogue of tunes is pretty cool.
Another one bites the dust through a booming cinema sound system is gonna be cool 😎
Saw this last night at the cinema and can honestly say it is brilliant. Really didn't think I'd like it so much.
The live aid scene from Wembley Stadium in 1985 is absolutely bang on and the guy who plays Freddie Mercury nails it.
If he doesn't win an Oscar for it I'll be AMAZED.
Go see this on the big screen it's a superb film.
Queen are probably my favourite band of all time, they were certainly the first band that I started listening to when I was a kid (I was 4 years old when I started listening to them)
I won't watch the film, I've got no interest whatsoever in watching someone pretend to be Freddie Mercury, especially in the 12a way that it has been filmed, Brian May and Rodger Taylor should just let it go, John Deacon said that Queen died at exactly the same time as Freddie did, May and Taylor have turned themselves into a bad joke, cliched old rockers who can't let go.
I've heard about some of the inconsistencies in the film as well which I know would just boil my piss.
I think it is good that people are enjoying it and it may even attract some new fans (or convert some who disliked them before) but as a long time fan I just can't bring myself to watch it.
Mate it's worth watching it for the lead role becoming Freddie Mercury alone.
Trust me he absolutely nails it.
It's easily the best lead role of someone playing a rock star I've ever seen.
The film works but I know what your saying and it's the reason Sacha Baron Cohen ultimately turned it down in the end.
He said it should show the full extent of his debauched antics and have a 15 or 18 rating to show what he was really like but Brian May and the drummer refused obviously wanting a wider audience and to not taint Queens reputation with drug fuelled sex scenes all the way through it.
I still reckon you'd love it if your a big fan 😎
