We're moving house, so I came across these vintage Ring Magazine issues. Some go back as far as 2000, which ain't really that old but old enough!

Good stuff! Still keep a few on the center table to watch house guests wonder what decade they're in . Couple boxes in storage now but should have individually sealed them early because pages turn brittle. Ring was awesome before GBP came in

I actually have all three! I bought some that go back to the 1980s. Can't believe how long ago it was...being a kid downtown where they had news stands on the corner. One side had all sports, another all the People , Time magazines...and way up top behind black plastic was magazines like Player, Playboy, Chunky Asses, but I digress..

To be fair, I even have some 1960s 1970s...BUT I got those at the IBHOF Canastota. One year, there I remember they had a WBC belt for sale. Like a $3,000 dollars or something.

They usually set up shop at some highschool on a saturday morning. sellers of magazines. I have one issue that was made especially for Hopkins (his 1st retirement- claiming he quit for his mom)


I have a few threads here I started based on my old magazines.
I pitted certain decades against each other like 1980s WW vs 2010 WWs ranked #1-10.

Wow. Ok. I used to work for a bookstore so I had access to all of these when I wanted.
