It is Manny Pac's money he can do what he wants with it. Ironic he is criticising him for that. He is also trying to drum up some US nationalist support against the foreigner, bet that will not work either.

Didn't Floyd use this argument to drum up support for his fight with Ortiz? Before that fight, there was an estimate that it may draw 1.7-1.8 million PPV buys. It has been a while since that fight, does anyone here know what the numbers turned out to be?

Just an FYI, Manny finally agreed to the unlimited random drug test.

But Floyd does not have to respond to this until after Pacquiao beats Marquez. In the unlikely event that Marquez wins, then Floyd does not even have to respond to this at all.
Floyd's keep saying pacman needs to take the test, Arum and pacman were even caught on a video saying that "they can take the test before the start of round 6 if floyd wants it that way".

So is this a case of miscommunication or misinformation? Is floyd aware that pacman already agreed to his testing demands with no cutoff?

I am sure Floyd is aware, I think his dad said they did not want him to train in the Phillipines as that is where they think he is juicing. If I was Pac Man I would make the most of Floyd’s paranoia, and get into Floyd’s head, like Steve Collins did with Chris Eubanks.

Okay, so its seems that FLoyd's camp is putting roadblocks over another.
I think it wouldnt be a problem for Pacman. The reason why he train in the Philippines is because he cant stay long in the US for a 3 month training (including the fight week), because his taxes will shoot so high. Perhaps he can train somewhere else like in Puerto Rico or Mexico. He had some of his friends there (morales, barrera, marquez and margo).

IF you're taking it so far as to demand random drug tests right up til the day of the fight AND you're trying to dictate where you opponent is and isn't allowed to train... then you simply DON'T WANT THE FIGHT.

None of us know what is going on behind the scenes..all we do know is that leonard and al haymon have not confirmed that pac is willing to take a drug test..but he was willing to charge floyd 10 mill for every pound over fight weight..something that no fighter has ever agreed too but guess what floyd agreed to pacs terms..pac did not agree to floyds..simples.
Pac and bob are scared and are the ones ducking..after the fight its all over for them they need to hang it out as much as possible.

Is there any people outside Mayweather's umbrella who can confirm that?
What about Ross Greenburg confirming there were talks but these two clowns say there were no talks at all...

I thought Pac has NOT agreed yet:

FIGHTHYPE \\ KONCZ CONFIRMS PACQUIAO HAS NOT AGREED TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS WITH NO CUT-OFF DATE

Then Bob Arum says he wants a different organization to do these tests, not the USADA.

All the links that I posted earlier where Pacquiao agreed to the random drug test are more recent than your link above.

They are all from July 2011 and I think one is from August, the one I posted is from July 2011. It's not an article that talks about "what they heard" but straight from the source of Pac's team, Michael Koncz. Still, the other links you posted show how Pac and his team would accept the random blood tests only IF they can pick who takes care of the blood tests. Floyd didn't negotiate or change any of Pac's demands, he accepted them all just the way they were.

Wow so you took an article from FightHype?
The same site which was blasted by Koncz by saying the he was fired by Pacquiao.

Michael Koncz Blast Ben Thompson of Fighthype.com over Letter - Boxing Socialist

    It happened in Aug 2011.

I agree with you here ....... and when you mean test, you refer to the IQ test, right?

would have made more sense to have written : "Wanker should just take the fucking test and fight a peak at his Mayweather,"
