People who are impossible to understand

How many times can you say excuse me to someone when you have no idea what theyve said? This happens quite often in Indian restauarants to me. I reckon after you say excuse me for the 2nd time thats it and you just have to reply yes or no to whatever they said the 3rd time and hope it was the right answer.

Moblie phone or other services i say Im sorry we just signed a 24 month contract with .. (their opposition). They say "Oh a contract" and they know its unbreakable or at your loss, so they leave.
