Default Chisora Comeback Fight (plus good night of boxing) 5th Nov 2011

Coming up on Saturday. Chisora takes on big Larry Olumbaowu (probably spelt wrong) in what is a very interesting fight.

Chisora come back, Larry is a monster and can bang. But can't box and got sparked by John McD. But if he lands a good one on anyone it will hurt.

Katsidis vs Burns has great fight written all over it too.

I don't think Boxnation changes to a subscription channel until December.

This should be a good card. If McDermott can blast Larry out in 1, Chisora should have him out early too. Larry's got next to no boxing skills or defence.

Katsidis-Burns should be a cracking fight, I don't think Burns is going to be able to keep Katsidis off him so I think Katsidis either gets the stoppage or wins a bruising decision. I quite like Burns though so I'll be hoping he can pull out a great performance and get the win.

If Chisora actually trains for the fight, as opposed to coming in about 30 stone as he did against Fury, it's a KO 1. If he doesn't train it's KO 2.

I still don't understand the Burns-Katsidis fight. Powderpuff punching superfeather, steps up in weight and keeps violent Katsidis off him, who even in defeat has dumped Marquez and Casamayor on their arses.

I'd lump on Kevin Mitchell to beat Burns let alone Katsidis.

I can see Burns possibly fiddling his way to a PTS win. But that's his only hope.

Katsidis is bigger and better than anyone he's faced before. I just can't see a powderpuff puncher keeping Katsidis off. Carl Johanneson walked through Burns (admittedly he's improved big since then)

i just think that burns hits a lot harder than his record suggests and he is at his best when he is under pressure

and katsidis only fights one way

and katsidis has been badly beaten up so many times (it seems), i think the styles favour burns and so does the timing

Me and the girlfriend are going and we have relatively good seats for a change lol. I have Kats a slight favourite as Burns is moving up and Kats has mixed in better company but he has some mileage on the clock now and Burns boxing skills are decent. Kats slight favourite but wouldnt be surprised to see Burns win a close contentious decision.

Not fussed on Chisora, He didnt seem to know who Henry Cooper was at a press conference just after he dies and he was a useless fat c*nt against Fury. Olubamiwo is hench as fuck but as has been said couldnt even box eggs.

I have Groves only a slight favourite against Smith. Degale beat smith, groves beat degale....so what! styles make fights. Groves was down against Anderson (underated i reckon) Smith likes a tear up as does Groves and i have a slight feeling Groves wont have trained for this as hard s he maybe should have. I think he may have been enjoying the good life after the Degale win and could be viewing Smith as a small step down in class. I expect Groves to win but i see it being a tough fight and George might even have to drag himself up off the canvas.

I am big fans of both Groves and Burns but I'm a bigger fan of evenly matched fights which both theirs are. I want to see them win but i wont be upset if they lose providing the fights live up to expectation and are hard fought contests.

I remember back when some Brits thought he was going to do something....now he just looks like fodder for Tye Fields.

Chisora is just a fatter slower David Haye. Big mouth, big attitude, and no dedication to his craft.

It's a thread about fights on the 5th of November, and no-one's done a fireworks pun yet? Shame on all of you!

I'm actually going to go the other way to most of you, because I think that Chisora has shown he isn't really much of a defensive fighter, and when Olubamiwo starts landing flush, then Chisora isn't going to know what's hit him. Olubamiwo KO.

I like the matchup of Burns v Katsidis, it's hard to pick which one wins, as Burns has improved so much since he was steamrollered by Carl Johanneson, and Katsidis has sadly found himself on the downslope through recent years.I think an early Katsidis knockdown puts Burns on his arse, maybe even a second one in the third, and the Burns comes back to box smart and fiddle a tight victory. Definite fireworks anyway.

    Groves to outbox Paul Smith.

I thought Box nation was going to become a subscription channel in November. I am just hoping they will be free on Virgin soon. Cannot wait for another exciting card, I will be rooting for Katasidis. He is a quality warrior
