Prescott should stop trying to use his mouth for a payday with Khan and try winning some fights, its getting pretty boring listening to Prescott , yes i would like to see them fight again, but prescott is a one hit wonder as his record has shown since the Khan fight.

This might be true but i would still want to see the rematch of this fight but it wont happen.

Why does Khan need Prescott all of a sudden?

How has this loss hampered him really? It was still a really exciting fight. He would have won the decision were it not for the atrocious point deductions and he's still one of the most marketable names in the sport.

I'm not even sure if he will rematch Peterson let alone Prescott.

He will likely go from this straight into a megafight with Marquez or Ortiz, win that and fight Floyd imo.

This loss is no real setback for him.

Yup, I see a determined Ortiz putting Khan on his arse a few times en route to a stoppage. Ortiz is all wrong for Khan in my opinion..he can box and bang. That's actually a real good fight..

I dont see Ortiz as much of a boxer. He tries to be cute inside the ring sometimes but he's really not.. He aint got no jab, no footwork, no ring IQ... that's not a boxer.. He's a slugger by nature.

I still think Khan beats him..

Can't blame Prescott for looking for a meal ticket... But in all honesty it should have happened instantly as its a no win fight for Khan, if he wins people would say "So What".

not sure where Khan goes from here really except for the rematch with Peterson.

Nothing to do with arrogance just a statement of commercial business sense. Losing to Maidana didn't hurt Ortiz getting the megafight, losing to Baldimor didn't affect Judah, losing to Cotto didn't stop Mosley getting chance either. Floyd wants to Khan. Winnable fight, guaranteed seller, crowd pleasing and fan friendly, he is probably still only one win away.

I agree. During last nights fight i said pretty much the same thing to my mate. Khan looks a million dollars fighting at range with time to move and think but stick the pressure on him like Ortiz would and I see a very very difficult fight for Khan.
