Anyone who goes to war with Chico from 140 and down will lose...he is probably P4P top 3 most devestating puncher around.
    Castillo, Casamayor, Mayweather.
Castillo was over weight(cheated)Pac wouldn't do that and in the first time,we saw what Chico did to a man who could fight at 147
Casamayor outboxed Chico and won on cutds but when he did try to bang,he got knocked down AAAAAND shaken at least 3 times
Mayweather did not dare stand his ground/Diego was seriously weight drained.
    Anything else bro?

All true statements but no matter if Floyd stood in front of him or not that was a brutal beating that he gave him, why stand in front of him if you can beat him effortlessley from the outside.
Thank you for your replies, especially from the vets.IM HONORED....Well it seem we wont see a PAC VS.DIEGO bout at all,MANNY SEEM BENT ON RETIRING AFTER TWO FIGHTS.One fight in Nov. with MORALES already scheduled,we only have one fight to pray for.If MANNY wants to go out in style,in my view his last fight should be against CORRALES(assuming he gets past MORALES)........Anyway basing on your replies(mostly implying a defeat for PAC),pls. allow me to interject my thoughts.....MORALES is a natural 135pounder,tall at 5'8",talented and feirce, maybe at par compared to DIEGO,or might be even better.Castillo is just sligthly taller than MANNY,and i think MANNY can compare skills and power with Castillo.Notwithstanding the improvement on the boxing skills of MANNY,today filipino boxing experts see a COMPLETE boxer in their IDOL................Frankly speaking,PACQUIAO VS. CORRALES,IF IT HAPPENS MID 2007,COULD GO EITHER WAY!!!!One word can describe this fight,DREAMBLOCKBUSTER........A penny for my thoughts.

I agree with all the other posts lightweight is getting a bit high for Pacquiao, I think he wouldn't definately make it fun as long as it goes, but eventually Corrales will catch him & put him out.

Welcome to the forum babe. Have the Obligatory Wacko Welcome Wagon

Let me say this...I'm finally warming to Pacquiao as I believe he is here to stay (now watch EM knock him out next match...stranger things.) & as far as being a die hard fan...not there yet...but I am feeling the love.

That being said...it'd be a slaughter & Pac would come out on top. Pac's a brawler, a counter puncher, you name it. Once a limited one trick poney...he's got a bit of an AR SE NAL with which to dictate & dominate.

I don't see Pacquiao as fast as Mayweather, nor do I see him as powerful as Castillo...but he's right there in the middle & he's got a hell of a chin. Tall guy's are fodder for Pac & the body work would be enough to slow the already slow plodding Corrales down as Pac would most likely tee off on his head like a gotdam golf ball.

Manny's got the speed, heart, & power to topple Corrales.

Not yet a world beater...but damn he's gettin close.

The win over Larios did a lot more for me than the KO of Morales...I know that that sounds backwards...but I honestly believe that Morales's inability to make fwockin weight comfy like was a factor in the fight...maybe as much as Manny swears by the gloves.

I don't mean that as a diss on the win...a knockout is a fwockin knockout...but Morales was drained & he'll be drained again this time...watch.

Manny's gonna smoke...the question is...will Morales burn this time?

Whew!!!A warm sweet welcome from a FOUNDER(are one of the originals here?).I hope i deserve this.....gluurrrp~~~~you put butterflies in my stomach!!!lots of butterflies,sir........

Honestly,it took me 6 readings to understand your thread, and still hoping i got the correct understanding. So please bear with me.It is again my personal opinion that MANNY if he were to fight MORALES next month,he will surely loss badly.Morales weight problems is peanuts compared to the DISTRACTIONS confronting the PAC nowadays.(Pls go to mannypacquiao.ph).I think PAC decided to announced retirement to avoid distractions.

Im now hoping that by Nov.18,MANNY can overcome these problems and be in top condition against the very dangerous Mexican.I would entitle the Nov fight as"RETIREMENT :YOU OR ME".......Hope Manny can go thru this victorious and healthy cos i really want to see him against CORRALES.

Against Corrales,as long as MANNY puts his heart into it,win or lose,he will have a lofty place in boxing history.....WHAT YOU THINK SIR?

    btw;are you American?just curious....

so wacko, what you're saying is the only reason morales lost and will lose again to manny is cos he's fwocked up?
