#1 Cloud has been waiting for fucking ever....that's the ONLY reason he ever fought Campillo. So if Cloud can wait then Campillo can wait.
#2 Cloud will KO Pascal who IMO isn't strong enough to fight in the style he does and Cloud will whup him like a little child. Cloud went toe to toe with Johnson who is still tougher than Pascal.
And yes everyone, I think Chad Dawson is beatable and the faster he fights Tavoris Cloud the sooner you'll see it. Chad Dawson doesn't use his height and reach to his advantage, he's lanky but would rather fight in close, shoulder to shoulder with someone than use distance (which is why he never KO's anybody). Cloud loves to put the pressure on fighters and he loads up on his punches....I still question Dawson's chin and hell he lost to Pascal and looked bad doing it so of course a fighter that's better using that style would be harder for Dawsone to beat.
How did this turn into a Cloud thread?
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
Lyle what did you mean by Cloud being "better using that style", than Pascal? Pascal beat Dawson by picking his spots and flurrying on the inside then getting out of range in time, he really disrupted Dawsons footwork and didn't let him get into rhythm. Cloud couldn't do this at all because he has slow hands and feet, which I think will be very clear when he fights Pascal.
I think Showtime has rejected this fight!
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
Sounds like a competitive fight but would not attract many fans. They are both well known for stinking up fights and this could be a dull one. Saying that they are both at the top and would be the right fight to make.
However I would not mind seeing a Ward vs Martines fight. I know one of them would have to move up or down a weight bet they are both at the top of there devisions and there are not many people in there devisions that have a chance against them.
Good fight but would edge towards Ward winning with his awkward style.
