The fact that there's even grounds for suspicion...... and it's not even the first time!!..... is indictment enough. Again... while Junior is not totally blameless, he's basically just fighting under whatever conditions are made available to him. In all honesty, he seems to basically be a cheater himself. But everyone else around Junior makes all Mafia families look like a bunch of amateur Boy Scouts. This is downright shameful. When you put this together with the bullshit decisions we're getting in boxing lately, it's no wonder only us diehard fans continue to follow the sport. It's depressing.

But getting back to "Junior-gate", this whole stinky mess merits a full investigation. I've always been pretty much anti-Chavez because he's always been coddled and handfed inferior opposition to fatten his bogus undefeated record. And while his last two fights (in over 40 damn fights!!!) have been against credible opposition, they're nothing to write home about. Rubio is no household name, and Lee is slow, lanky... and a sitting duck for the bloated Chavez Jr. He has a famous dad who obviously has a lot of pull in the WBC..... and his godfather is the sleazy Sulaiman, who together with Chavez Sr. will bend and break any rule to preserve Junior's bogus undefeated record.

All of which is why, if he ever faces Martinez...... I'll be rooting for Sergio to tear Junior a new asshole.
