Johnson is just so, so old. He's been on the way to shot since Dawson and that was years ago, just a continual slip ever since. A tough fighter, but you outwork him. This is a bit sad really.

I didn't like that fight and it pretty played out my expectations. Fighter older than God and on a half decade slide and over to England he comes. He won't throw a punch and at one stage 2 minutes without a punch. Just awful. Johnson. Retire. Permanently.

Groves continues to improve. Good performance, would have stopped most super Middleweights.

Yep. Total robbery. Johnson's 2 landed punches per round were clearly the more effective punches. I gave the rope a dope round 10-6 to Johnson. That was an obvious strategy and 80% of the punches were blocked. Thus an easy Johnson round.

Old, shot and still robbed. The man needs to retire on this positive note.

Pavlik looks a bit chunky and slow here. At SMW he also seems to have lost a little height.

Good win for Groves, I thought he started stupidly, but he got the trip well.

(Memphis) just another "robbery" on Johnson's record

Groves did look decent, but this was a shell of Glenn Johnson who apparently got more beaten up in his last fight. 4 losses on the trot for Johnson and no win over a top fighter in years. Green was never a top fighter.

Really!? I'm sorry but Abraham aint all that. He is pretty one dimensional and Groves will give him plenty of angles. I'd fancy Groves to take it on points. Wouldn't put him close to the other 3 yet though.

The fight went the way most Johnson fights go, pressure but very little left bar a good chin, Groves boxed
well and he would be favourite to beat Abraham , more or less using the same style.
