Good fight. I was disappointed when the fight was cancelled last December. I really like Carson Jones, always comes to fight. Purdy has a similar attitude so I expect a decent scrap. Darren Barker is on the card too.

I agree, I think Carson will lose some early rounds before coming on andstopping Purdy in around 9 rounds. He gained my respect in the Brook fight. Seems like a decent gatekeeper. Tough, durable and comes to fight. Purdy is a scrapper though so it'll be a little cracker.Originally Posted by Master

Jones didn't look the same fighter against Dean Byrne, I think he peaked against Brook.

Would have put my house on Jones beating Purdy last time. After the Byrne performance i'm relieved it didn't happen ()
If that really was just a motivational blip for Jones then he will beat Purdy up.

i seem to be of the same opinion as everyone else
following the brook fight jones was a massive favourite
just off the bryne fight purdy is probly the favourite
i may still put my money on jones, i might get better odds now
