A lot of professional player, show very little pride it's just money large amount for kicking a

I remember when he scored his first professional goal for Liverpool. They interviewed Fowler in the post match press conference and jokingly asked: "new young lad looks good, are you worried he might take your place?"

Fowler laughed it off and said no chance.

A year later Owen was playing and scoring for England.

What a talent, shame that once he had those first couple injuries he lost his pace and then got injured at every opportunity.

I still think he has goals in him, even now.

That's right. Owen was really all about pace and final touch; he was a finisher. When the pace left him it was much harder for him to adapt and get into those spaces. He has been a shot player for several years now and I was surprised Man Utd even bothered with him.
