All of Guerrero's success will come early and then maybe very late (if he makes it that long into the fight).

If Robert see's the 12th he will be the guy to give it his all and that will make things very interesting.

Outside of that, Floyd will be too accurate and too consistent with the right hand, also the body work up close be all Floyd.

    Nailed it.

Shit Aydin was pretty much landing that right hand at will. That short inside right hook will pay dividends during Guererros crowding and grappling attempts.

The Gambling man in me says put a hundred on Gurrero but hmm...if only I could blow up Rigo to 147 then I'd take that bet in a heartbeat. At the moment I'm mulling over it in my head and its a tale of To Gurrero's the slugger and the boxer...

Its a big gamble but that's what makes boxing exiting ..I am slinging a few squids on Gurrero and considering it a loss with a possibility

Why would Floyd ask for a rematch clause with Guerrero?

Floyd Mayweather, Robert Guerrero Engage in World’s Worst Trash Talking

Guerrero seems to think Floyd is unsure he'll win the fight. I think Floyd's being his usual savvy self. He's so sure he's gonna win... and he wants to preserve that "0"... and he's now under contract to fight more often... that he'd like for Guerrero to be victims # 44 and 45. I dunno. Why else would Floyd do that?

Publicity stunt my friend. The creation of drama where none exists. In addition its kind of his way of telling the world that Showtime is not in charge. I mean a press release is made a week prior to his fight that he's got to fight every 5 months.

Oh I don't think talk about Floyd wanting a rematch clause is going to make any non-believers think now that Guerrero has a chance. So if that's the purpose of the stunt... it falls short. I'm just thinking of Floyd's relative inactivity as of late, and the fact that I know he would love to retire with his "0" intact. By fighting more often, and against different opponents out there... he's risking losing it. 'Cause eventually age's gonna be a factor.

    I obviously agree.

But, robert has the speed, the youth and the heart.

Floyd might suddenly grow old in the ring and just not pull the trigger.
He might try to fight and get caught.

This is a tough one for floyd but he will make the adjustments. I truly believe all the fights we have seen floyd fight he doesnt even have to give 100% he just does enough as his skill level is just soo above all these fighters.

    Hopefully he retires 50-0.
    Think you are right.

He'll tread even more carefully in the ring and pick exactly who he can beat and how during his end game in the game.

Does Floyd HAVE to honor his entire contract with Showtime? What's stoping him from fighting once from Showtime and going back to HBO? I actually wonder if this is possible. There is absolutely no way he is fighting 6 times in the next two years.

I would say that Guerrero has a puncher's chance, but frankly, I don't even think he has that at welterweight. Floyd is the bigger puncher in this fight, as crazy as that sounds. Are the odds still 10-1?

If Rob doesnt adjust and just tries to swarm Floyd he may be in danger of getting stopped late. His face will be a mess by the end of the fight. Safe bet is Floyd points 118-110 kind of margin

Just 1 round out with the prediction. Disappointed with Rob. Didnt let his hands go enough and after the ref basically gave him the 1st warning before the 1st bell had even sounded at the final instructions. Looked like rob abandoned any gameplan and was content letting floyd potshot his way to a decision
