It seems to me that most people only saw the Judah vs PBF fight from the 5th round on. My recollection tells me that before Zab gassed out, he was dominating the p4p king. Now if that doesn't say how good he really can be then I don't know what can.

That;s open to different interpretations. I saw it as Floyd just seeing what Zab had,he was being inactive, working out what he was going to do which gave Zab time to shine. As soon as Floyd decided to fight,he won easily imo. Also, that again points out Zab's flaws,he ws able to maintain it for 5 rounds only and his focus wandered later in the fight.Originally Posted by Bx730NY

Margarito does need to beat some names, at the pace he's going he might beat another name before he is 30...
If Floyd didn't hold the back of Zab's head in the first or second round not exactly sure which one, he would have gone down and who can forget when he got hit by that counter right that forced his glove onto the canvasand that should have been scored a knockdown. If it was any1 else, I don't think you or any1 else would be saying he was feeling him out. He was getting hit by a guy as quick and as good but not nearly as conditioned.Originally Posted by El Phenomena

No,I don't let hatred of a fighter cloud my judgement,I believe I said the same thing as soon as the fight was finished, that Floyd was biding his time.
I respect your point of view though. It's a valid point.

Since the Neveda Boxing Commision is highly respected other commisions in the US tend to acknowledge the ban as to not step on the Nevedas toes. Hence, why Tyson had to fight outside the US when he was banned.Originally Posted by galaxy76

Margarito wouldn't be able to adjust, that's the difference. He only knows how to fight one way and he's wide open all day. Any world class boxer would beat him imo... And you saying Cintron would KTFO of Judah is almost laughable.. I mean sure it could happen, but did you see what David Estrada nearly did to Cintron?? He's nothing special at all Judah would kill him.Originally Posted by El Phenomena
Mosley looked avergae against Estrada too and once Cintron landed once, cleanly,he would either take Judah's heart or KO him. You make Judah out to be some kind of slick puncher boxer, when he is not. He is sloppy, lacks focus, heart and desire and cannot go to the trenches.
Margarito can work the body, jab well, and is just pure pressure. What would Tony need to adjust to with Judah? How would Judah kill him,who has Judah ever killed?Any world class boxer,Judah is not world class....
You let your judgement get clouded by hate for a fighter,it makes your points weak.
Hah, and you let your judgement get clouded by your blind praise for another.. Let me ask you this, when Judah was undefeated before he fought KT, did you not rate him still?? You could tell what all of his flaws were when he was coming up the ranks?? Don't be such a naive fool. Margarito has never fought anyone, and has still managed to lose and look average.. Judah had much better wins over guys like Ward and Reggie Green and showed tremendous talent and potential just like he has in every fight but 1, Baldomir, or at least imo. ok, Judah isn't a world class boxer in your mind.. But then you honestly say Toney isOriginally Posted by El Phenomena
WHO THE HELL WAS KIRMIT CINTRON before Margarito whipped him like the amatuer he was. He never beat anyone. Sure Mosley looked average against Estrada, he was average in that fight it was his first in his comeback and the worst he has ever looked maybe... He still won though, and he was never really hurt like Cintron was, almost out.... You can say now that Zab has bad heart, chin, and focus and all you like... But the thing is you had to wait until Judah fought world class opponents several times to see these flaws... The difference with Margarito is you can already see where he sucks, and it's against nobodies... tony has terrible slow footwork, handspeed, NO defence he's dead easy to hit, he may not have a great chin or heart either who knows he's only fought bums, and it's not as if he's ever had to win from the trenches.. Zab Judah DID have to dig down against Mickey Ward, and Cory Spinks in the first fight, I thought he won and either way Cory was KOed if the fight went 30 seconds longer.. Who has ever given Toney a hard fight?? The guys who have BEAT him. I don't know one win he has that shows these qualities you describe and rag on Judah for not having. You are such a blind fan.

i gotta question for phenomena
did you have margarito rated higher than judah when judah was undisputed welterweight champion of the world?
Zab would be DESTROYED by Margarito, what the hell are people thinking on this topic?Mayweather is really getting to some peoples better jugdement IMO
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
This fight needs to happen period. Judah and Mrgarito both need it
