How do you keep your heart beat low when you are exercising? I use to take deep breaths but I found it helps talking smaller breaths early and then build up the intake as you are sprinting.

The better shape you are in the more you can exert yourself while maintaining a low pulse etc. It's all relative, just be meticulous about gradually increasing your pace while staying within a comfort zone. And sprinting, Master? I call bullshit![]()

Pace yourself, and if its too intense but you hit max early, treat it like sex and start thinking about random BBQ or watching her sneeze nakedTake the edge off, but just enough to keep keeping on and get a solid session. Now I'm hungry.
