Wilder would be a good win for Fury but in reality Wilder is an unknown quantity. We all know hes a bit chinny but have no idea how he will react when under fire in the pros. Fury doesnt have the greatest chin but hes proven his toughness.

Id rather see Fury in with Arreola who is tough as they come and in the shape of his life right now.

This fight would tell us far more about Tyson than an untested Wlder who hasnt even fought beyond 4 rounds yet. Arreola would be a far more acceptable opponent to TV because hes proven he can take a beating against the best, so at least there would be some action before the fight finished.

It would be a shoot out but think that Fury is more accurate and would land first and it would be over within 2 rounds Fury winning. I think alot of people will be shocked at how poor Wilder is, just like Price. Whereas an Arreola fight would at least go beyonfpd the half way mark and still be entertaining and give us a good guage on how good Fury is. Arreoal would be a more dangerous fight than Haye.

From a promoter's point of view, Fury-Wilder makes little sense right now. Each is still building momentum in what could be stellar careers, on opposite sides of the pond. Each has still to cut their teeth on more credible opposition, although slow progress is being made at each end. Better to gradually improve their opposition, and build up toward a mega HW slugger showdown sometime next year, provided neither of them stumbles, or remains inactive for too long.

Fury has done more than any other heavy in the world in the last 12 months beating two top heavies.

Pulev has only fought once looking very mediocre against Thompson and Stiverne has also only had one fight. Haye hasnt fought at all and Wilder has faced 4 opponents but none of them ranked, in fact 2 were retired

People seem to dismiss what Fury is doing because its Fury but he is legitimately ranked and has done more than most and if Haye hadn't pulled out he'd have done more than everyone

Thompson was viewed as a soft touch, so much so he was being brought in as a name opponent for someone who hadnt fought above british journeyman level. The fact he beat Price shows how shit Price is and proves people like me right that knew there was a reason the level of opponent was platauing for a reason and that Thompson was a ridiculous jump in class.

Pulev struggled with Thompson and was made to look mediocre.

Fury on the other hand had an easier time with Johnson than Vitali did and even Malik Scott has said that when asked how good Fury is (he has sparred afury and admitted Fury burst both his ear drums in sparring).

Cunningham would be a 220 to 230lb fighter if he carried as much fat as Haye. He is a very skilled fighter and should have been given the decision over Adamek who is ranked by some in the top 5 and battered Arreola.

Fury is doing the business against those who are willing to fight him. Arreola was one of the names who turned the fight down which is why Fury had to go with Cunningham. Believe what you want but Fury is in the who needs him club. As easy as you lt think he is to beat, no one wants to fight him because he is a nightmare for anyone. He has good stamina and puts more than one or two punches together and can fight inside. Hes still learning, hasnt even fought for a title yet but his progression has been very good. He was put in with the english champion after only 8 months as a pro, some felt he lost and he rematched him and knocked him out. It took Prices team 3 years before they thought their man could be trusted against the same fighter. His progression was glacial for a reason. Price and Haye couldnt not get past their first hurdles.
