I don't think it's that simple. There were many close rounds and unless you favor a pure boxer/runner a la Cory Spinks then Bradley did not win that fight.

The reason why we don't respect his record is because he got two gifts, Manny and Provodnik, plus he got lucky with the nasty cut he delivered to Devon Alexander.

With that said, I HATE to see guys skating by.

He should rematch BOTH Manny and Provodnik, instantly. In fact, the rematch should be on after Manny dispatches Rios.

Ok , I will hold you this one. If Pac loses i am going to be all over your ass to resign your account. You should be all too confident Rios is an average opponent. True to form in Rios, 90% of Pac's opponents come into the fight with name recognition and coming off a loss. in either last or second to last fight. How can a fighter be considered fighter of the decade with such cherrry picking ways? Look at Pac's record and debate that !!! I invite someone to validate my comment by pasting facts on this string.

Not like he dominated JMM, JMM also has reason to want a rematch. So you have four fighters that Bradley managed to squeek by that deserve rematches. So Bradley needs to win a fight convincingly one of these days otherwise the hate will continue.

Extra Extra Read All about It !!!!!! Fools ................ One common denominator Top Rank Promotions. Now I am wondering if a should win fight is going to result in a Rios puppet win ? Then you have JMM, Bradley,Pac , Rios , Alvarado, Abregu, & Jones all Top Rank Cock fighters in the mix . (Did I miss any others?) Smells fishy to me.

Hey once in a blue moon the overwhelming majority is wrong and the minority is right, as long as I'm in that minority, haha. Have no problem with givin bradley the decision just surprised so many people didn't see this as even a close one when almost everything about the fight screams close. Ill have to try and make myself rewatch in a while when I have absolutely nothing better to do as it was a rather shitty affair.

    Agree on both counts.

A draw is fair but Bradley by a large margin is BS.

It was a dreadful fight to watch.

i will admit that im not at all a fan of bradley but i feel like i give real opinions and not let my dislikes and likes for fighters get in the way of the truth.

bradley has always been a good fighter but was definitely overrated a few years back. i remember when he was in most top 10 p4p lists before he even beat alexander. he has had some wins where he has looked impressive, but most of his wins havent looked that impressive to me. his best wins were ugly.

against alexander, he just headbutted a lot and the fight was horrible to watch. he ducked khan who i thought would have beaten him. against pac, he easily lost. against prod, i thought he won but fought a terrible fight. i dont think that it should have been that close. and against JMM, even if i accept the fact that bradley won, i dont know how people thought he looked impressive. neither fighter looked impressive to me. both seemed to throw one or two punches at a time and didnt land much of anything.

i wouldnt mind people putting bradley in a top 10 p4p right now but i dont even know if i would. there are definitely people with better resumes than him that have looked more impressive.

im gonna quote this set of quotes just to make my post longer

bradley won the fight, he is clearly a very good fighter with some world class wins

he lost to pac IMO but it wasnt a completely stupid decision as deserved all the uproar, it was a close fight

bradley is a penis tho, his reaction at the end was very disrespectful of a great champion, be as humble in victory as you would be in defeat

i would now like to see him knocked out
Officially the only saddo who has had a girlfriend

But vs Marquez I think he was sensational. The jabs were on point, his defense was solid, he picked his spots well and showed great boxing skill. He looked like a world class fighter, not a bar room brawler like in the Prod fight.

It's a shame a great win and great performance has to be overshadowed by people's blind hate against the guy. Give him his due.
I have not seen the Marquez fight but judging from the response over the net he won it. However I would have to argue that the ref should have counted at least 1 more KD in favour of Provodnokov which would have given him the SD or close UD OVER Bradley.

I like Tim Bradley, I do but I think the outright robbery decision over pacquiao has made people hate him via association. Though the poor man had nothing to do wit the decision himself.

He got a couple gifts with the Prod fight. Two or three times he should have been called knock down. He was punched into the ropes which were the only thing that kept him up. When he was out on his feet with only the ropes keeping him up and Prod continuing to pummel him the ref should have waved the fight off. I've seen refs call off fights when fighters were not as bad as Bradley was. Still I give Bradley a lot of credit for coming back in that fight. Having said that, Bradley is a penis and should get KTFO
