Yeah, that was my first bout. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to make a habit of this though. I'm "old" for boxingI didn't start till very late, and really just for fitness and a hobby. I like sparring though, so my trainer figured I might like to try an actual bout. But I'm not fooling myself. This is a hobby level thing for me. I'll leave the serious stuff for the 20 year olds.
Wouldnt you regrett not giving yourself the chance to feel comfortable in their if you did give up after just 1 bout?
Give youself a few more in a short period, get them out the way and as long as you keep the training up you will feel alot more comfortable each time your out.
thank you

I've done boxing since I was young and now I've finished uni I've had more time to commit to training and that's why I got back in the ring. I've always wanted to get back in there after losing my first two ABA ones when I was younger,I always knew deep down inside me I would get back in the ring because I love boxing. I will keep training and I love just being back home now in the gym training with good fighters, whether it's boxing or Thai boxing. I would do a Thai boxing fight, but I know boxing is what I am best at. No doubt boxing is a hobby though and I have full respects for anyone who gets in there because it's hard work.
Tam everyone's been polite so far but I'm going to keep it real. You only won that fight because your advice from ringside was far superior.
I particularly enjoyed 'fuck him up Tam!' and 'Hit him lad!'
Fair play mate, well done.
When God said to the both of us "Which one of you wants to be Sugar Ray?" I guess I didnt raise my hand fast enough
