    Default Getting punched...

do you get used to it? When I started out everything hurt. Now it seems that punches don't hurt quite as much. I mean I can feel em and they do hurt for that split second but not nearly as much as they used to, and not nearly for as long. I feel like my cage doesn't get rattled like it used to. The jarring isn't nearly as bad. Is this normal? do you develop a tolerance to getting popped? Or is it just me and I need to seek medical attention immediately??

Ive always felt you needed help. Youre starting to read the shots better Von and addapting sounds like youre doing okay, you aclimatize to a degree as well keep it going. Had some bad news this week my mother in law was in an air accident, so having problems

sad to hear scrap, hope things arent to bad for you.
Von Ive found the same as you, but I think it is that you are more relaxed and enjoying sparring more,so sometimes mentally you dont mind taking a punch to give a couple back.
ccs for the both of you.

yes, eventually it will take a huge shot to really affect you....This is why MMA fighters get KO'd so easy...they don't get hit enough....and when they do get tagged it's lights out...The biggest thing in the beginning is the shock value of getting hit upside the head. This is not a natural thing and this creates the "rattled" factor quite easily......Once you get over the fact you're getting hit it starts to mellow out....And yes I would suggest you see a doctor...maybe a psychiatrist!!! LOL
It feels good to be back home.
