i sometimes run mozilla, but usually i just use ie cuz it loads like .7 seconds faster

Fir fox is a load of shite... which ever genius made it so that you can scroll and unscroll by clicking the middle mouse (just like in IE) but also made it so that unscrolling over a link causes a new tab to open does not want to ever be any where near me... it's irratating... IE was always perfect for me but not google toolbar pops it so I am stuck with this ugly pile of shite... it's slow too ..and if won't play gifs properly... and having to usea drop down menu for favourites is gay... and the google tool bar is better in IE... I could go on and on... I need to fix my IE...

what exactly is wrong with ur ie? ive encountered a fuckload of obsticles reguarding ie anmd there are only two that ive ever found hard to remove, one impossible(thankfully i dont have it that issue on this PC)

the one im not sure how to remove is a popup for something called winfixer...

i got real pissed when i ran thier site (NOT the popup, but the site that bears trhe name of the product advertised in the popup) through the site hat tells you how many hits a site gets (i think its alexa.com) and the fucking thing was ranked like 168, that means alot of people got that malware and theyre all going to that site and probably actually paying the very people who created the problem theyre trying to fix


the other thing was something that was detected by spyware removal stuff but it couldnt be removed and when you deleted its dlls they would just be replaced with the same files bearing different names, it took like 7 hours but i got rid of that fucker, since then ive got a different HDD and ive got XP on my PC!!!

i used to have a PC with windows 3.1 in the days of windows 95, and i think i may have had it untill a little after 98 came out, i called it the4 tank becuause all kinds of virusus were on that thing but they didnt do anything to the PC cause they werent compatible with 3.1

i got a short screen capture of a different one, it goes away after like 30 seconds so i had to rush the capture, thus i didnt get the whole window, a few seconds in i try to scroll but it just sort of shook the image, which may be because i didnt have the window maximized or it may be the ad, the small black window at the very end is a part of the capture program


on top of the screen it had one of those 'to skip this ad click here' things

it dissapears on its own at the end, and i think i had the capture set to only 7fps, this happened when i logged in

if not you may have an ad virus on your computer... all the forum servers is pop unders.

when i got that popup i typed the url, and then logged in, i had cleared the cache so i had to enter username and password, after i entered that is when it came up

one other person said they saw the winshield wiper ad in another thread (i asked if anyone else had seen it cuz i thought that i had some malware)

it only happens here tho, the only other site i get it on is ign, which i know has that type of ad, but with ign its like an add in the same window before the requested page loads, the ones i got here are sort of loaded as the requested page loads and the actual page is visible behind it

i dont think its anything on my computer
