Brook represents lots of risk whilst not much reward because he's not well known on the other side of the pond.
This is why they have mandatories, Porter has to beat his to get to the gold.

Any news of which card Porter - Brook will be on? I heard a card at the Barclay's centre was announced today for August 9th with Garcia and Peterson on the bill but Porter - Brook was no where to be seen

No idea the card is turning out to be a joke. Hope they make Porter come to Sheffield.

Brook is the untested one he should go to the USA and get used to it none of the names at welter will go across to fight him just look at Khan

This is Brooks's testing time. Alexander has to rebound and prove he was a legitimate champion. This is going to be a cracker of a fight. Alexander loses, he is out.... Brooks loses, he has a small glimmer depending on how bad he loses. Brooks wins, the sky is the limit. If Alexander wins, he is still Alexander and has to prove he can beat everyone else out there...

I've read today quotes from Hearn/Brook that state categorically they have signed and the contract is done and dusted.

Its Porter thats stalling not Brook.

Brooks has already signed 100% all this scared talk is utter bullshit.

Brook had 2 genuine injuries befor the Alexander fight and the 3rd reason that never happened was Se
    Alexander being genuinely injured.

Brook is well over a year behind in his career and has had some shitty luck to be fair.

Porter is being heavily linked as Mayweathers Sept opponent and that is whats turned his head and made him think , cant Blame him at all for that either as its a once in a lifetime payday.

Porter is a killer puncher but Brook has the skills to beat him if he can handle his power but Porters wreckless with it and Brook can expose that if he boxes clever.

Hope this happens as its a cracking fight !
