Is it me, or does Macklin like he's gone in there after a nap. I know I'm a bit lethargic after a nap, and that was definitely bed hair before he started sweating.

He needs a haircut and he looks knackered.

I think you are right Rhun. Maybe it's because of the trainer change he doesn't seem himself.

Macklin looked terrible there. He'd be a decent test for Eubank jr going by that

If Paul Smith could bring 8000 bods abroad he wouldn't even be fighting abroad. He'd be the new Ricky Hatton. The promoter (Kalle Sauerland) said the venue was set up for 5000

Macklin won on points. He's a strange fighter who fights at the level of his opponent. He didnt care about this fight and he still won.

That's more like it, but we all know that anything a promoter says you halve it, then halve it again, so Smith has a couple of hundred bods out there, most of whom he's related too

Macklin looked very disinterested why bother fighting, he seems to need a good opponent to
motivate him what do you think.!

It's the same problem that many other fighters have too unfortunately. Hopefully he'll get the right way back to success soon. He's much better than what he showed out there tonight.

Definitely doesn't look like 8500 out there. Dunno where I read that, must be bullshit. Apparently, Wayne Rooney was hiring a plane to get out there. Perhaps that's why he got himself sent off today , so he wouldn't miss the start!

Nathan Cleverly is full of shit.

Talking about Britains Super Middle history.

"We have a great history at super middle but its really come to light now with DeGale, Groves, Froch etc"

Are you fucking kidding me!? 2 of them have defeats before even winning a world title, if they ever.

Lets pretend super middle is strong now with just Froch rather than back in the day with Eubank, Benn, Collins, Reid, Catley, Woodhall, Magee, watson and probably more iv forgotton.

Paul smith isn't a super middle. He looks like a career journeyman who fights at super middle as he has a full time job and cant train and diet well enough with the job so just fights where he's comfortable. Bit like Billy Joe Saunders.

Fuck me, compare his shape to Abraham who fought at middle!!
