Default Sadam Ali vs Luis Abregu

I think this is the chief support for Kovalev-Hopkins and could be a quality fight. Anyone else think Ali may be biting off more than he can chew? Took an early boxing lesson and out on his feet in his last fight. Its a helluva step up. This undercard isn't deep, but this one will be fun.

I see Abregu-Thomas Dulorme all over again.

This is what I'm thinking. Case of who can afford more mistakes, some smoke vs fire

ali has never impressed me. he seems average and i think that abregu will win. if anything, ali gets this win and that will be the high point of his career.

Sadam Ali was supposed to be a really good pro right? I remember boxing pundits being high on his doing well and so far he's done alright although hasn't stepped it up yet. That being said this is dangerous as Abregu has only lost to Tim Bradley so Ali will have to box his ass off to win this.

Abregu is a badass and his last name is fun to say, what's not to like?

Abregu had a bad night and no gameplan. Ali looked really good.

Your sorry ass was wrong. You underestimated Ali and you were wrong as usual.

Well, well, well! Ali just went to the top like he had a rocket strapped to his back.
A terrific performance, speed, movement, ring generalship, patience, and the brains to listen to his corner. Impressive use of the large ring has him poised to make some big paydays.

I gotta eat a boot on this one. I fully expected Ali to fold based on some recent shaky moments and Abregus usual rough house awkward attitude. He looked inexplicably lost from the opening bell and Ali capitalized well. Still not sold on Ali, looked stiff to me but very solid win and show.
