Andre plenty of meat on that hog mate, very tasty I have shot and fished had about 50 or 60 rabbits
in the freezer, at times never wasted any of what I shot, bar rats can't stand the bastards killed hundreds

Guys you're going to have me turning this thread into a discussion on BBQ . My area makes THE BEST pork barbeque in the east it's whole hog and for Lexington style it's shoulders, but the KEYS are the sauces!

That's the Eastern style sauce....but the Lexington style adds molasses and ketchup. You should give it a try Andre, you could make a killing running a BBQ joint down under!

Population control is also a reason to hunt. Coyotes are becoming a bigger issue in the Southeast and sometimes there are so many you have to cull a few to save other animal populations.

Yeah that's a big issue, but there are luckily some very good rescue programs for racing dogs.
I don't even much care for the circus these days either and their use of otherwise wild animals.
