Damn Dude Just Get A Punching Bag And Work The Hell Out Of It Thats What I Do And Thats The Weight I Started At 128 pounds skinny as hell but then i got a punching bag and hit it every day incorrectly but thats not the pointBut dude Now Im 135-140 solid muscle and i hardly lift weights..
