So, Wright says pay him more then changes his mind and says he'll fight Taylor, and so Dibella makes sure the fight falls through and he fights Ouma. Dibella and Arum are in the same boat I hate them both! Arum is going to screw Margarito and Dibella is going to screw Taylor
Why would Arum and and Di Bella screw their investments especially Di Bella,Taylor will make him alot of money! AS for Arum,he could do more for Tony but I believe 07 will be a big year.
I think Wright is a pussy for turning down 5mil!! He is being offered a second chance at THE Middleweight Title.
How many $5 million dollar fights does Wink have left?... not many...
I'd be more inclined to blame Golden Boy Promotions I bet Oscar had a hand in Wrights decision.![]()

I'm behind my man JT all the way. But, JT needs to get a killer instinct about him. Too many times taylor can get someone a little wobbly but then he backs off to play it safe. As much as I love JT, hes not gonna get the respect he deserves from the boxing world until he stand toe to toe and whoops some a** or gets his a** whopped. JT has never been on the mat and I think in the back of his mind he lets the possibility of him being KO'd effect his boxing capabilities too much. In the winky fight, he clearly won exchanges in the middle of the ring but for some reason he would back into the corner where winky clearly won exchanges. Manny stewart warned him repeatedly, stay in the middle of the ring , dont go to the corner. I personally think JT needs to get dropped once and then we will see what hes made of. All of the greats have been on the mat at some point and to be honest, if they can get up, I think it does something for their mentality. JT has all the boxing skills and ability that a world champ could ever want. But so far, he dont have the mentality. And please, Manny, Pat Burns, somebody please teach JT some defense. You cant just stand there and take every shot from the other guy like JT does. Its unneccessary and not very smart. I doubt that Ouma will present a huge problem for JT but you never know. If winky and JT cant fight, they should both be required to fight the #3 and #4 ranked opponents in the middleweight division. No need for either of them to be stepping down a class like they are.
What about Sam Soliman? He does deserve a chance. I would also like to see Taylor Vs Mundine![]()

Unfortunatley I think beating Green is about the biggest thing Mundine will accomplish for the rest of his career.![]()
Personally, I'm glad Winky Taylor II won't happen. Too damn boring watching Taylor get beat by defensive geniuses.
Well, it was entertaining, not boring, but I want to see Taylor win OR lose decisively for once! And fight somebody else!
Go Ouma!!!
valid point.. it would be be good for his confidence and us fans to see a clear cut victory for a change. Winky ain't getting any younger and is only going to get easier to beat anyways.Originally Posted by Gyrokai

Winky's stupid for turning down millions, "as I've heard." Also I heard that Ouma's manager also thanked Winky, for his decision to turn down the fight.
With Ouma and Taylor, it'll be a battle. I like Ouma, he's a hard worker, who sometimes only steps up to the plate only when he feels he has something to prove. And even though Taylor has been "given" some decisions, he's a good kid who wants to take on the best. Great fight, I say, even though Taylor's favored to win, Ouma will come to FIGHT!!!
Also, I don't know if your a Taylor fan or what, but I thought Taylor let Winky off the hook on that last round(s) ALSO. I know Taylor could have done more, but Winky earned his respect. Nevertheless, I thought Taylor backed down from trying to defeat Winky. But I like the fact that Taylor wanted a rematch.
Stay up to date. Wright accepted the offer. But the fight fell apart regardless.Originally Posted by Hairdoo

Where did Wright accept? I have not heard that anywhere else and I am dissappointed he turned the money down, what the heck does he want?!Originally Posted by Starr
