Basically you have to be based in America to make these lists, so now that the Eastern Europeans are basing themselves in the States, you'd have to expect they'll be looked at much more fondly in time.

I know, I know. The comment is a little 'out there' but I just feel that Bruno of the 90's only did so well by way of guile and guts after his electrifying speed started to fade.
