An agreement in priciple has been reached for a December 2 fight between Miguel Cotto and Carlos Quintana in Altantic City. Apparently the vacant WBA welterweight title will be on the line. Ricky Hatton was stripped of that belt for not facing WBA #1 Oktay Urkal, so where Urkal fits into this scenario is still to be resolved. Cotto says he plans to keep his WBO 140lb belt, however a fight between Ricardo Torres and Mike Arnaoutis for that title (or an interim version) has been discussed.

Box Rec works just fine. Thats a joke right? They have the worst ranking system ever. They don't even know how it works themselves, theres other sources out there look at 2 or 3 don't just look in BoxRec.
About the fight with Mier I mearly pointing out the fact that he hadn't seen the fight and was judging it without having seen it.
