Quigg is making me lean back towards him with his man possessed attitude. That type of stuff doesn't normally sway me in the slightest - cold hard form/styles - but Quigg really does love being a fighter and seems unflappable.

This should be decent matchup, two undefeated winners who belive in themselves.

It's a tight call, but I'm going to pick Frampton by a mid to late stoppage. I think Quigg is very dangerous early on, good hitter and fast, but Frampton has the better technique and heavier hands generally. I think both guys will actually start out quite cautious and Framptons superior innate strength gives him the age once the first few rounds are over.

I wouldn't be surprised to see some controversy during the fight, but I reckon Frampton starts to bully him after the 7th.

Having said that, neither is the best fighter in the world at the weight.

I think Quigg may do what he did to Kiko early , but the longer it goes I favour Frampton.

I'm going Frampton on points. But he did look shite last time out, Quigg found the perfect punch on the biggest fight of his career last time out, and Frampton apparently got sparked by a sparring partner getting ready for this fight. So Quigg early, Frampton late. Going to go with Frampton though.

50/50 for me. I'm thinking Frampton but can't shake the feeling that Quigg pulls the upset.

So, do you still pretend you're one of the boxers when you "play"?

I'm in rant mode at the minute. Back to McGuigan being a Wanker, did anybody see the press conference where he described a bloke that floored Quigg earlier in his career as a "Moron Journeyman"? Quigg shouted over that McGuigan should show some respect. Good on Quigg.

Ive met Barry McGuigan a couple of times, and you'll never meet a nicer, more modest or unaffected guy.

It's strange how he is behaving in this build up.

I also wonder how much of that is rubbing off on Frampton, who will look at Barry for his cues. Frampton has never been in a fight this big, against an opponent he is not an overwhelming favourite to beat.

Ever since he was an amateur, and was fast tracked as a golden boy, he has been seen as a star. Maybe he has got a bit arrogant, and he seems to be reacting with barely hidden fury at the Quigg camp's jibes.

He keeps calling his opponents 'arrogant'. He has done this so many times that I'm reminded of the old adage; when someone insults you, listen carefully because they will be describing the thing they fear most.

Barry has came across as a tosser ever since this Quigg-Frampton rivalry really flared up. For an intelligent bloke he sure does have a short fuse. The "moron journeyman" outburst was embarrassing. Have a pop at team Quigg but leave the fighters out of it.

It's obvious he hates playing second fiddle to Matchroom even though it's meant to be joint promotion.

Yeah, all promoters have their critics, it's the nature of the job and Hearn is definitely in that category.
But when he said "you're here because we brought you here!" they hated it because he put them in their place big time.

yeah, how can you predict a fight without really feeling it?

    today I'm back with Quigg

I have to say tho Frampton is a much better boxer, I just think quigg is bigger and stronger and generally harder
