If I had taken PED drugs after a fight I would either claim I had mental issues or leprosy to buy time to let the drugs get out of my system.

....and with Cocaine that should take MAYBE a day, at most to flush it out of your system if you're training which we assume Tyson Fury was doing seeing how the fight was coming up.
