Pacfan just hit by super-typhoon, sulking somewhere around the corner.

Sorry about that fellas, I was supposed to be taking a good rest from a bad flu but ended up desperately holding on to old windows from blowing off our century-old wooden house badly battered by a raging typhoon which had large area of the Philippines in blackout for several days - no electricity, no water service, no internet, no nothing whatsoever! That was really scary one with a loud threatening howl that made you feel you were in an entirely different world inside a cyclone. Had also flooded the first floor, ruining the ol' piano, old furnitures euphemistically called antiques, and felled my favorite 'macopa' tree - i loved the tree ever since i came here; it bears red bell-shaped fruits at around Christmas, not much to eat but really beautiful sight when fully laden. Damn I can't believe it! The storm left a lot of mess here and lot of cleaning ups to do, so sorry to some friends here, I'll be sulking some more for a while in some corner here.

Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.
