Plenty to urban myths like the nutrients thing, weakens the legs etc, more likely is that having women round the camp could be distracting. Some however will train better having their family near. Actually post sex your hormone level rises.

This was 9/10 years ago at HMS Nelson mate so everybody has changed since then. You've trained at HMS Nelson?

Yeah thats Nelson. Good old sunny south coast! . I lived in that shore base for 2 ferkin years long before it was luxury it is now.

Anyway mate i hope you got something out of it training with the Navy...it has always had good lads training there.

ye i sparred with lads from pourtsmouth uni while there lol abit un fair i was 16 and 52kg and sparring ppl who were 20 or 21 and 58 and over lol

Back when I was alive I used to masturbate, and about 30 minutes later I'd go out and punch the bag, and I'd feel fine. But then again, I'd always masturbate; I hardly ever had a chance to get my sperm built back up 100%, so maybe I was used to it.
