Should i order this sat HBOPPV??

I expect that all bouts will be entertaining but it's not worth a PPV.

If you're going to shell out dough for a fight there should be top 10 pfp stars battling or a big championship at stake. Neither are pertinent to this card.

The fact is that boxing just isn't popular right now and promoters are scraping for any opportunity to score off their base when they can.

What was wrong with the RJJ vs Ajamu fight? It was cheap, and Roy proved a lot of doubters wrong by dominating Ajamu, and winning a fight for a change. If you are a RJJ fan like me, the it was totally worth a purchase. This card here probably isn't, its like 3 HBO boxing after dark fights and a couple showbox ones.

Good point, good examples. But not every BAD fight is that good, few are. Anyhow I wouldn't be able to see the card live Saturday any way because I must work at a clothing store from 2:00 PM till freakin 10:30 PM, goin and gettin boxes of shoes, unloading em, gettin more boxes, and occasionally tryin to help customers and ring them up on the cash register if I can figure the damn thing out and remember how to use it properly when people wanna pay with debit, credit, check, Mervyns card etc. Sorry had to rant about that shat, I hate that shift, now I feel better. Only gotta work 6-10:30 tomorrow. Damn shoes...Damn them!

Yeah its not too bad of job, I chose it over a grocery store job which I still think was the right choice. Uh.. I just don't like shoes, but no you don't ever have to help folks try on the shoes, I agree that would be fuked up. You do have to use the stupid scanner thingy and scan the box then go look for other sizes in the back though. And this is only my 5th day tomorrow, so it should get better and easier. I had to work mosly shoes at my last job at a sporting goods store, so I'm just tired of it, but I gotta do the job they assgin to me, so so be it. I knew I shoulda kept my big mouth shut the first day when the Carlos Mencia look a like guy asked me "So do you have any expierence with shoes?" Or something like that, and I said yes, at my last job. Dumb move. I am once again, an Al Bundy from Married with children.

The JMM-Jimrex Jaca fight is off cause Jaca couldn't get a Visa. JMM may fight somebody or he may not, either way the PPV will still go on. If JJM doesn't fight they should lower the price to around 99 cents.
