Garcia still has good power and timing at this weight but he needs to throw more often

Despite this performance, I still think that IF Mikey can get a Pacquiao fight, that he wins. I say this because Pacquiao isn’t long like his last two opponents. Pacquiao also has problems with people who time time and counter him which is exactly what Mikey does well.

I can’t see any other reasoning for Mikey to stay at welterweight other than hoping for a Pacquiao fight. He can’t beat top guys there. He’s not big enough.
