Hands hurt everytime i punch

know yourself. know which shots hurt and adjust your bag routine around them.

I dont mean to be the one to say it..And take down the tone..
But if it hurts..The maybe your just not punching proper..
My advice..Just throw lightly and keep practicing..Watch fighters and learn from them..
Then when you got it down then you can hammer your bag all you like
