Cos you lost the weight at a good rate... means it's more likely to stay off

Yeah, haven't posted too many updates, because it's become kind of routine, which what I really think I needed.CC Sheep... you've put a lot of work in and it shows... you look trim in that picture but more importantly healthier.

Getting used to eating better and exercising on a schedule are really just part of my daily life now. I think I'm just about ready to start talking to trainers!!
