Ok Guys Luke has kindly offered to put together an article on weight training, much like the learn to box article it will be a guide to refer to and gain some prior knowledge and basic understanding, if there is anything you think needs to be included or something you would like to be included please add to the thread. Whilst we are here if anyone else feels they can put something together on a particular subject let Missy or Andre know, I know Andre is having trouble with his connection at the moment so if you want to direct any feedback at me as well I'll make sure it gets attended to.
