    Default caffeine energy boost

    anyone ever use anything like caffeine pills or other energy boosting supplements? if so what are your thoughts?

    naw i find that stuff like energy drinks full of caffine, a waste of time.they perk you up for a second the next your down.
    you wanna boost your energy eat healthy, and workout daily you want lots of fruit with the natural sugar.

    Stimulates your brain and makes you feel awake but are a non event almost in terms of energy sources for working muscles as far as I am concerned

    It is meant to give you a bit of extra muscle endurance somehow I think.

    I normally have a strong cup of coffee before i train , but not really for that reason, just because im really tired after work

    I am a believer in Java ! I drink a lot of coffee. In the morning I also take a mutli Vitamin drink called “Ruby Red” and several droppers full of Bitter Orange in the morning to get me sparked for road work ! Very important to drink lots of water.. Dehydration alone can sap your strength. .

    important side note : I am fighting the age factor, younger guys don’t need all that coffee ! At least I never did !
