Not that Baldo aint worthy...it's just that Baldo needs to pull out some stops with some lesser fighters before he get's in with Mosley & Mosley will be taking a step backwards with this one. Totally stupid fight. Can't see how anyone wants it now...not until Baldo does something worthy again.

There's Saldivia, Williams, Cintron, Judah, Cotto, Margarito, & a step up or a catchweight there's Spinks, & Martinez.

Best of all there is little known but highly regarded Sergio Martinez...whom I say Mosley dodged like a bullet.

Thing is, apart from Baldomir, the rest of the WW are all fairly big-mouthed. I expect one of them to share you views and slip up with a statement like yours.

Hence, Mosley has some one with an ounce of credibility calling him out, which i dont think ive seen for sometime.

So you actually think that after getting hammered out by Floyd, Baldo brings more to the table than Saldivia, Williams, Cintron, Judah, Cotto, Margarito, Spinks, or Martinez?

What i mean is, the big mouths are sure to pipe up and call Mosley out in turn.

I think Baldomir is better than alot of those guys who are mentioned, and half of them are tied up anyways with other fights right now so Mosley won't be able to get them. Fighting Margarito for Mosley is like PBF if they own him then he was proven unworthy, but at this stage in his career its a useless thing to do.

I totally agree...thing is...had he have gotten to him prior to Floyd walking through him...it might mean more. He's still worthy...but the fight at this point seems to be a step back compared to matching against the other names. Baldo impressed the hell outta me against Judah & Gatti & running undefeated for 19 fights was a damned fine accomplishment...it just ended @ Floyd...as is the case with most fighters & their accomplishments.

Heck,Wack,you mentioned Sergio Martinez,a very good fighter on the Euro circuit whom Margarito pounded.And Margarito has been unbeaten at WW for longer. Mosley fighting Baldo is totally pointless,totally! Wait for Cintron,Margarito,fight a prospect like Julio? um,clottey,Williams(if the Margarito fight does not come off due to litigation),there's just many more enticing and exciting fights,than Baldo!

Suarez and Reid were decent fighters but it wasn't just that but also,that he was hyped to KTFO Tony,he's a ko machine and has gone on to win a title after his loss to the TJ tornado! Clottey was beating Baldo's ass,I had 7rounds to 3 for Joshua until the DQ. Clottey is one of those fighters who truly is ducked,Tony is the only name fighter who has given him a chance and he showed he belonged.


Your statement was that Margarito has not beaten anyone above average,I have shown he has,that's all I have to say about this point.

Baldomir is a good safe fight for Shane...he'll look WONDERFUL vs Carlos
