Peter did deserve a crack at the cash cow. Now he has consented to waiting in line.

Vitali has become the world heavyweight talking champion recently.

Sam peter sold his WBC belt imo.He had a good chance of winning it from Oleg but when Vitali gets it Sam will never get it from him.Face it he had a hard time with an ageing short overweight Middleweight that has no ko power in the heavyweight division, skills and a good chin keeps Toney afloat. Now enter Vitali a whole different game.

Lets not feel too bad for poor old Sam Peter, think about it - hes getting paid almost three million dollars NOT to go to work. Doesnt sound like such a bad deal to me.

3 mill to step aside and do nothin is awesome, shit I would just retire my ass to switzerland, screw getin your head bashed in anymore. I had started to side with peter tho, I hope vitali doesn't retire after just one fight, that would suck. If peter and vitali meet, and vitali is still much like his old self, then I see vitali wining, cause he's a better boxer and he's got an iron freakin chin!

Well Sam Peter was doomed from the get go....Duva is the odd man out. Vitali is the baddest fighter out there (next to his brother) and Don King is the most evil thing EVER....Duva couldn't do anything (but drive the price up).

Well Sam Peter will more than likely get a good chance at a rematch with Wladimir now since everyone else is fighting someone or scheduled to fight someone, and Wladimir only got 5 true punches off in his last fight.....seems feasable but you never know. Wlad may not like the fight and Sam will probably be waiting for the "cash cow" of Vitali Klitschko whom I see him having NO CHANCE of beating. Sam Peter might be another Andrew Golota....a great fighter destined never to win a title

This is a grave injustice to Sam Peter, I hate it for him but I also am happy that Vitali will get a title shot
