That's 1thing you can guarantee with Daniel, win lose or draw, you'll KNOW you've been in a fight because of his power aaaaaand his UFC stly etactics!! I really felt for Al Seeger, the kid was wrestled,he was held by the neck and punched, was rabbit punched and just beaten up!!

    Penalosa WIDE UD.
Thanx Gamo and killersheep. Actually, I was being patriotic more than anything else. I've never seen de Leon but he seems just awesome by all accounts. All I can say about our boy is that he always had a tough heart, he's never been ko'd and when he was kd'd he came right up and fought till the end. But the most important character he has is that he's never lost that hunger - a hunger to be a champion again, a hunger for another good fight, maybe a last one though. But no doubt it'll be a tough one going for him, with all the odds stacked up against him...But who knows, right?!

Can't believe it, is it really THAT bad for our boy?!! Or maybe they don't really know our boy too well. We'll see in few hours.

Hmmm IMO Penalosa had PDL's number. He landed crispier and more accurate shots. PDL's shot's were picked off by the gloves and arms of Penalosa.

It was a close fight to say the least, Man Gerry was really disappointed. It was really close, i had it a draw. But if i were to choose a winner it would have been Penalosa. Ponce's good too but really Penalosa showed him something tonight.

Ponce was a sucker for the right hook ALL NIGHT LONG...

Definitely the cleaner work was done by Gerry, but Ponce got the nod - and to be fair to him he did a lot of good body work.

The Hopkins decision was a flat out disgrace though - Forbes beat him handily IMO.

PDL was the busier fighter caunt how many body shots PDL landed count the combinations PDL landed.....
Look at the pucnh stats..... Gerry was game but the Right hand punch and 1 at a time isn't enough to win rounds.... You gotta throw more then 1 pucnt at a time./
PDL was busy was going to the body, going to the top using his jab his used ring generalship. I really thaought Gerry was gonna go down from the body punches but damn! he took them and kept fighting forawrds throwing his own ounches....

Really good fight and PDL continued to imprive.....

    Ecusre my typidn been drinmking.....

Wo,Penelosa is very impressive. Very crisp, sharp, intelligent, counter punching but Ponce's body work is sensational,he really is banging away. Im up to round 5,so far I have it 2-2. Massively impressed by Penelosa.

Marquez and Vasquez would both totally dominate PDL--a wide UD, or, more likely, a mid-round KO. The man looked extremely unpolished. Extremely.

I would still like to see Vasquez Vs. De Leon, that would be a slugfest. Dont ya think? He has a chance Vs. Vasquez IMO.

PDL does have a chance at Vasquez, Vasquez is very hittable but it's really hard to knock off the fact that Vasquez can put you down with a single punch the question here is can PDL take a solid punch from a natural Super Bantam?

At this moment as I said before I would rather see PDL vs. Caballero II.....

Id love to see Penasola PDL in a rematch !!

I know who id fancy , Penasola looked the better balanced fighter loved the way he landed the right hook followed by a looping left it was crisp and tidy he didnt seem phased at all by the supposedly bigger hitter .

Penasola has a future at the weight i cant wait to see him again.
