When Oscar ran the last 3 rounds, he wasn't winning them.
Ok..hmm...how would you know if you've won the round? What if a fighter has landed a few punches at the beginning then avoids contact for the rest of the round?
Well for example, people said Floyd "ran" against Baldomir, yet he won every single round and was landing more shots and the cleaner shots every round.

As for the Hakkar-Hopkins fight you asked about, Hakkar ran in a circle along the ropes for the entire first round. He didn't land a single punch. He may have been the worst #1 mandatory I've ever seen. 10 times worse than Tim Austin.
