Mosley,Cotto or Williams...in a year and a half or so...I see Berto rising to the top.He was been extremely dominant in every fight.Plus his situation is a little different for example:Most fighters have to adapt from the amatuer style to the pro style...Berto has always fought in the pro style.

If I am not mistaken, Puerto Rican fighters are taught to fight like pros from the word go. I think I heard Atlas say this many years ago when I was watching a Cotto fight.

I know that the Coach of the Puerto Rican olympic team instructs his fighters to stay away from body shots if possible and to head hunt.Atlas may be right though.
