My Local Kebab Shop (legendary Troys in Crawley) does a Chicken Shish for a fiver and large chips for £1.50 . i always have mine with Salad and Chilli Sauce ,the chicken's grilled (lots of Protien and no Fat ) and tastes lovely ! My girl has a Small Lamb Shish with Mint Sauce all for under a tenner !

Beats Chicken in a red wine sauce on a large Plate with a side order of vegtables and 3 new potatos for 21 squid!!

You have to look at a girl and know that she wants you for your steaming red hot hard sinewy muskiness and not because you know how to do your Tie with a Windsor Knot !!!

By the way i've never spent more than £20 on a shirt !!

I use to go on the Pull with a £3.99 job out of Peacocks and laugh at all the Ralph Lauren boys drinking Beer till half one and then giving some fat lass the eye .

Had a Rib eye Steak the other day cost me £12.99 !!

What a Rip they did'nt even have a plate of chips i had to share with my girl who opted for get this , Brocoli and Bri served in a creamy onion Sauce in Puff Pastry !! All together with the drinks it cost over £25 .

Call me old fashioned I like my food served on a big plate filled to the Brim with lots of other shit not in 3 seperate dishes which i have to reach across and grab whilst every other cunt is helping themselves to my Gear !!

10 oz Rib Eye with French Fries and Salad with French dressing !
The Steak come on a big plate on its own with a Flat Leaf Parsley Sprig ....Wow fucking wee what Genius !!

French Dressing is not just olive oil , vinegar and mustard !!
French Dressing should have a thickness a consistency to it .


My basic French dressing .


A tablespoon of Coursegrain Mustard into a bowl
Add one Egg yolk .
Add Sweated onions
Add Parsley for appearence
Add Add Small Amount of Vinegar

Gently Whisk and taste depending on your preference .

Add Olive oil whisking well remembering to taste .
Add Vinegar if needed .
Add more Olive oil untill it's reached a nice consistency ( your preference )


No need for salt and pepper too many people over season and it's rich in flavour enough .
