Don't see what the fuss is about SRL. He was a punk. Duran beat him, and he got a gift against Hagler. And, he ducked Pryor badly, who would have taken it to him. And he did hand pick alot of his opponents. Great fighter, but no different than some of the fighters today. F-SRL.

no different to pbf? how do you think pbf would fair against duran, hagler , and hearns? and im sick of peeps saying hagler was robbed, it was a good win for leonard who was a welter and hadnt been in ring for 3 yrs......it would have been more contraversial if hagler got the decision....leonard won by 1-2 rds easy.....

yes i agree that hearns beat leonard 2nd fight he was lucky to walk away with a draw but leonard won the hagler fight there was no robbery , i dont know when the last time u saw the fight but you should watch it again to refresh ur memory.......alot of peeps say robery but imaginbe the outcry if hagler had won! there wopuld be a bigger case for leonard being robbed if hagler won..........peace out

Yes i watched it on saturday it was no robbery i had Leonard sneaking it, in the latest issue of Boxing Monthly they do a big rite up on the fight and i think they get the verdict of ten writers/boxing journos and like 9 out of the 10 say leaonard won the fight, it was far from a robbery!!

I had Hagler beating Leonard 115-114. But anytime a fight is that close, you can't call it a robbery either way. It's Hagler's fault for letting the fight be that close, he should have attacked Leonard right from the opening bell instead of letting Leonard build up an early lead.

The Leonard-Hearns II decision was much worse. It's pretty impressive that Hearns won the overwhelming majority of the rounds he had against Leonard in their two fights. He was way ahead on the scorecards when he got TKO'd in the first fight and should have won the second fight.

Although i can c floyd gettin a ud i want oscar to win but im not sure if he can match up to to floyd nd as for how much credit floyd gets for the win will depend on if he fights oscar the way he did against baldomir he will only get credit from dedicated boxing fans for putting on a clinic but if he mixes it up with oscar like he claims he will everybody watching the fight will give him credit just like leonard got also i think he needs to fight a few more world class opponents nd win or lose impressively to be up there wid the fighters previously mentioned

IF and that's a HUGE MOTHAF*****G IF...if he beats DLH and then stops ducking others and finally fights them and wins, then he is on his way to becoming a Mega Star. If he retires, which I don't will happen, then he will always be remembered as a very good fighter who could have been great!
