PBF said if he was at 130 lb, the fight would only last three rounds.
Do you agree?

That takes some balls to say that seeing as it would kill Mayweather to get down to 130 to do it. Once there, Pac might just be too strong for him. If i were Floyd, I would at least want it at a catch weight of like 137-138...shit let's see it, make it happen, I bet he couldnt end it that fast...Mayweather could defiinitely pull it off cuz he can box like no other, but i dont know about three rounds. And I dont know about the rest of you but I would really love to see this fight come off someway somehow!!!Originally Posted by Pacstraightleft
I think floyd would struggle to get to 140 these days, its all hypothetical anyway, Mayweather is always gonna talk.
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!
Mayweather is a GREAT boxer, one of those guys who just makes it look easy. But he never actually does what he says he will, other than win I guess......
If you even dream of beating me you'd better wake up and apologize. Muhammad Ali.
The title's a bit deceiving.
Mayweather says he’ll KO Pacman in 3?
That's not the case...
While Mayweather, who totes 38 wins with 24 knockouts, complimented Pacquiao as a “good little street fighter,” he said that if he was at 130 lb, the fight would only last three rounds.
Mayweather's speaking in a past tense...not present...& I agree with him. He'd dispatch Pacquiao...but I think that it'd be a late round accumulative beatdown instead of a 3rd round TKO.
Never beg a 40 dollar hooker...specially after she's just turned down your mom's credit card!!
hmmm itll be a terror match-up for pac, i guess pbf will win but not by ko.
floyd can't ever back up what he says because his an example of a punk bitch, pac hits him he'll be out in 3.
blah blah blah blah.. mayweather is just trying to sell himself coz he knows he looks like a fool after the "world awaits"... didnt keep his word that fight at all. .i dunno how people would look up to a person that has no word of honor. well, if he said that.. let him come down to 130 then..

Thats the only reason someone would get mad at him and say he "doesn't" deliver.
He means what he says and when he gets in the ring he decides the best strategy.
If its what he said he'll do he'll do it, if its something else he'll do it, either way he comes away with a win.
pavlik is a great example of when he says it he'll do it but floyd no, not at all![]()
So you hang onto every word Floyd and Pavlik sayOriginally Posted by Julius Rain

You're taking it out of context,Juluis doesnt mean literally, but most of the time,he's right. Floyd said he would beat Baldo and Oscar's asses,he merely just won. Pavlik said he would back up the bully Pantera,he would fight him,he did. Julius was just giving examples, right bro?Originally Posted by Starr
As for Floyd beating Manny in 3,highly doubtful. I go back and forwad on this fight, but overall,Id favour Floyd. The lower weight version of Floyd was an ATG imo,he had it allllll, power, speed, defence but his offence was much much better than it is at the higher weights,he was actually exciting to watch. He would outbox Manny,Floyds only problem would be if he languished on ropes like he did v Oscar. Manny would beat on him if he did that. If Floyd keeps away from the ropes,he would win imo.
I'm a fan of Pacquiao, but seriously... Floyd would have destroyed him at 130. Look at how open Manny leaves himself when he throws shots. He would be a punching bag for someone like Floyd!
At 130, Floyd was a physical freak of nature. I say he is a way better fighter now than he was when he fought at 130 & 135, but that is because he has learned lots and his experience has grown (even though he has naturally lost some speed). Although less experienced, he would still take Manny to the cleaners though... I reckon he would stop him around the 8th or 9th round.
