    i agree with you saying non boxing fans don't know who cotto judah and hatton are but who the hell knows who those UFC guys are either.

    No, MMA will never be as cool as boxing. It seems like they are really worried what us boxing fans think. I dont care about MMA please put this in MMA section...this is a boxing forum. Two different worlds, if you ask me UFC is getting weaker and weaker, soon they will be fighting 3 one minute rounds with headgear. The only UFC's I liked were the old ones with Royce Gracie, Dan Severin, Oleg Taktarov, Pat Smith,Tank Abbott, Kimo, everyone had different styles, now they are all generic mixes of wrestling and strikes. I stopped watching them after Vitor Belfort beat Coleman(around UFC 10 or so)...it kind of got boring.
