i would favor for manny. Manny has fought a lot of great oppositions before and has proven his power. Guzman has lesser oppositions.However, I do not discount the chances of Guzman winning over PAcman considering the former's skills.

if guzman doesn't put serious damage to pacquiao in the early rounds he'll be in big trouble cos he tends to fade in the late rounds.

Iv always said that Guzman has the style and approach to give Manny problems, but does he have what it takes to beat Manny, im not fully sure and im afraid only a fight between them will really tell me.
