no, I have an athletic physique. I am a ATHLETE. Not a body builder or anything else. I run a 4.4 40, 36 inch vert, ling jumped over 22 feet in highschool. I just train right. I do each excercise for a purpose. Yes, I do my power lifts for total body strength. But I do extra work on my tris for my punchs and to help when I do heavy bench presses. Try for 2 months to do them right, and keep your bag and sparring workout the same, and see how much harder you will hit.Â
